Our Executive Management Team
Cindy Ried, Chief Executive Officer: Cindy founded Evolving Solutions in June 2003. Cindy has over 14 years experience in designing and implementing complex voice and data network solutions at Enterprise levels. She actively has worked at the executive level in many companies across the nation to assist the executive teams on planning and designing their entire networks from start to finish and beyond. Cindy has a long-term history with over 6 major carriers and has certification in many voice, data, hardware products and managed services.
Tom Ried, Chief Financial Officer: Tom has 20 years experience in Account and Financial analysis/planning for Fortune 500 companies. He operates all of Evolving Solutions' Accounting and Financial analysis and planning company wide.
Colleen O'Neill, Director of Business Development: Colleen has over 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry along with IT Staffing. Colleen has worked with Enterprise level customers for many years and actively assisted them in their IT Staffing needs along with their voice and data design projects. Colleen handles over 120 of Evolving Solutions' partners across the nation who sell various services for Evolving Solutions from SOHO – Enterprise customers who require critical customer design and implementation.
Darcy Aten, Director of Operations: Darcy has 10 years of account and financial planning experience along with 16 years Telecom experience. She is solely responsible for the operations staff at Evolving Solutions and ensures all orders, escalations, quotes, trouble tickets, billing issues, reviews, etc. are accomplished to our highest level for all sizes of customers. Darcy also maintains our website and newsletters.
